the be seen team
Luke Gurrey
Founder
Luke splits his time between being a photographer, not-for-profit work and running a national creative agency, B-Roll. Through all areas of his work, he maintains that there is a fair and equal opportunity given to all and that true representation is at the heart of all work done.
Luke first picked up a camera in 2017 and very quickly working on music videos, live events, music concerts, fashion shows and model portfolios, Luke enjoyed most working with those who had little experience in front of camera.
Through previous work, Luke has worked with large international corporations such as Pfizer, Deloitte and Vauxhall, with Local Authorities including Gloucestershire, Barking & Dagenham and Brent, as well as charitable organisations like Barnardo’s and Action for Children.
With 9 years experience working in the corporate world, predominantly within staffing services and as a business consultant, this gave Luke expertise in areas that have helped with the creation of Be Seen Project. It has proven resourceful when putting together teams, working in large groups together and allowing others to take charge in situations in which clearly they are best placed to excel.
Alongside the Be Seen Project, Luke also launched the Be Heard Project in January 2021. It has similar goals to that of Be Seen Project, but instead focuses on with access to professional services in the audio arts industries; music, radio and podcasting.
